- This requirement is sole source to Windermere Information Technology Systems (CAGE 1C5N1). The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a three year (basic year and two annual options) firm fixed price contract for the repair of the Small Lightweight UHF Diplexer (SLUD) applicable to the UH-1N Helicopter. NSN: 5985-01-527-4843GA, P/N: 7981-2, Noun: Small Lightweight UHF Diplexer (SLUD). Basic year quantity is 1 EA, option quantities are 1-3 EA. Requested delivery is on or before January 2007. Only newly manufactured materials will be considered. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
