- The anticipated award date will be:30OCT2006 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. See Note(s) 25 and 26. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES: FIRST: INCREASE THE TOTAL QUANTITY FROM: 6 each TO: 40 each SECOND: INCREASE THE RANGE FROM: A MINIMUM OF 3 AND MAXIMUM OF 9 TO: A MINIMUM OF 23 AND MAXIMUM OF 69 THIRD: TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE 14 DAYS WHICH WILL BE OCTOBER 30,2006 ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
