- **This notice constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) and is NOT an issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP).** Description: Sources Sought. This is a sources sought synopsis. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will receive no response. The purpose of publishing a sources sought synopsis is strictly for market research. All information gathered will be used solely to identify potential sources that can fulfill the Government requirement. The 46th Test Wing, Aerospace Survivability and Safety Flight, is currently researching potential sources capable of providing services to operate and maintain the Aerospace Vehicle Survivability Facility. The contract tasks include aircraft subsystems and adjoining areas associated with aircraft systems such as fuel, hydraulic, electrical, structures, dry bays, flight control, secondary power, weapons, pneumatic, propulsion, and aircrew. The information collected from these activities is used to support the weapon system development community and includes RDAT&E (Research, Development, Acquisition, Test, and Evaluation) efforts to evaluate, apply, and advance the state-of-the-art in weapon system survivability. NOTE: Small businesses capable of providing this service are encouraged to respond to this sources sought synopsis. HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOB), Women Owned, Veteran Owned, and 8(a) are also encouraged to reply.
