- Description
- The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Domestic Operations Dvision is requiring Web Development and Maintenace Support Services. The Government contemplates on issuing a 100% set-aside for 8(a) business concerns Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP shall solicit for the award to a single 8(a) entity, Cost Plus Award Fee, Performance Based requirement type contract. The anticipated contract performance period will be one year, with four one-year options. In order for firms (including all partners to teaming arrangements) to have their proposals considered for contract award, the firms must currently (at time of proposal submission) possesses SECRET facility security clearances. All firms wishing to submit a proposal subsequent to the solicitation must be registered in the Central Contractor Reistration (CCR). Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on CCR at the following website: http://www.ccr.gov The solicitation number SAQMPD07R003 applies to this requirement and is expected to be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 24 October 2006.
