- Southwestern seeks to replace its existing systems with a solution that provides a more automated and integrated means of providing energy accounting and invoicing functionality for our contractual obligations to customers. Southwestern has limited knowledge on what solutions may be readily available that meet some or all of our requirements. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on existing market capabilities and related software packages and also to identify qualified vendors who will be able to meet our current and future requirements. The information received will be used to assess market capabilities and along with other factors to assist with SWPA???s decision on whether a system should be developed in-house, purchased from a vendor and hosted on-site, purchased from a vendor and hosted off-site, or other acceptable solutions.
