- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. This is a survey to locate potential sources of supply for NSN 9340-01-185-3757. Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking to identify sources that could supply laminated glass windshields for the HMMWV (High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle). This material is made in accordance to Drawing Number 19207 12339514 REV A. Special packaging is also required for these items.
