- Government-owned, Contractor operated (GOCO) Fuel Services, to include alongside aircraft refueling, bulk storage and distribution, and fuels accounting at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, parts, general and specialized equipment to maintain and operate Government owned fuel and equipment at NAS Whidbey Island. Contractor furnished refueling vehicles; tools and other specialized equipment are required. The estimated performance period, including optional period August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2015. Services are currently being performed by a contractor. This procurement will be unrestricted. The solicitation will be published electronically on both the Fed Biz Opps website and the DESC-FP solicitation download website. http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMPage.asp?pageid=45 Solicitation will not be posted to either website until the end of October 2006.
