Description

Contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals to perform all operations in connection with project JCGU 97-5000, Arts and Crafts Center/Auto Hobby Center Addition-Alteration of Bldg 109 at Goodfellow AFB, Texas. The work includes all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire prevention/alarm, communication system, and all other necessary support to provide a complete and useable facility in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 236220, size standard $28.5 million. The anticipated performance period is 425 days after receipt of Notice To Proceed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED, open to both large and small busines. The estimated posting date to the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) of the Request For Proposal will be O/A 25 Jul 06. The site visit will be O/A 8 Aug 06, and Proposal Due date O/A 25 Aug 06, the exact dates will be included in the RFP when posted to FBO. The majority of this project is funded with non-appropriated funds. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award. CCR information can be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov/or calling 1-888-227-2423. Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must also be completed for award.
