NAICS 236220 - Space alterations in existing office space to include carpet installation, painting, and electrical at the Federal Building/Post Office, 657 2nd Ave. N., Fargo, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on October 17, 2006. Work to be completed in 30 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. Drawings will not be available on the internet.
