- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 13,656 square feet of rentable space in the area around Whitehall, OH. The space requirement can be satisfied through an existing building or through new construction (build-to-suit). Rentable space must yield a minimum of 11,875, to a maximum of 13,063 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. On site parking is desired for 59 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 13 years, 10 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than spring of 2008. Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: East of James Rd. (aka as Stelzer Rd.), West of Waggoner Rd. (aka State Route 256), South of Havens Corners Rd. (in Gahanna), North of Interstate 70. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, or if new construction, the site location.
