Description

General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Northwest/Arctic Region 10 has a requirement for a Fair Annual Rent Appraisal for Federal Center South Dock, 4735 E. Marginal Way South, Seattle, WA. The Fair Annual Rent Appraisal with the report will need to be completed by December 1, 2006. The appraisal will be made and the appraisal report prepared per the attached Scope of Work and Specifications and in conformity with the Uniform Standards of professional Appraisal Practice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please email Vera Grover at vera.grover@gsa.gov for a solicitation package that includes: GSA public buildings Service Appraisal of Fair Annual Rental Contractor Instructions, Scope of Work with attachments. Proposal due date October 19,2006 at close of business 4:00 pm pacific time.
