Description
DESCRIPTION: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) seeks to lease a sufficient amount of contiguous rentable square feet of office space to yield approximately 25,000 usable* square feet (plus or minus 10 percent), in a Class A or Class B office building in Memphis, Tennessee. The FDIC currently has an existing office lease in Memphis, Tennessee. The selection process for this requirement will consider the total costs of relocation, including moving services, construction of tenant improvements, and other factors. Occupancy is required on or before December 1, 2007. USABLE SQUARE FEET *Usable square feet includes space for workstations, offices, support, amenities and circulation. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years with one five-year renewal option DELINEATED AREA: Properties within or abutting the following area will be considered: Beginning at the intersection of Mt. Moriah Road and I-240, north on Mt. Moriah Road, which turns into Mendenhall Road, to Walnut Grove Road. Proceed east on Walnut Grove to Raleigh Lagrange Road, south on Raleigh Lagrange Road to Houston Levee Road, south on Houston Levee Road to Winchester Road, west on Winchester to Route 385 (Nonconnah Parkway), west on Route 385 to I-240 and the point of origin. A map of the delineated area is available upon request.
