The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Indicator, Torquemeter, Indicator, Ele, and Indicator Assembly, PRONs: AX 6M0833/ AX6M0835/ AX7M0017, Input NSNs: 6620-01-164-8095 and 6620-01-342-5953/ 6620-01-164-8094 and 6620-01-341-8372/ 1680-01-164-8290 and 6695-01-341-8370, Input PNs: 406-075-821-107 and 406-375-231-101/ 406-075-822-105 and 406-375-232-101/ 406-075-820-10 7 and 406-375-230-101, Output NSNs: 6620-01-435-7083 for a minimum quantity of 20 each, maximum quantity of 360 each (including 60 each for FMS)/ 6620-01-435-2784 for a minimum quantity of 20 each, maximum quantity of 300 each (including 50 each for FMS)/ 6695-21-913-2599 for a minimum quantity of 30 each, maximum quantity of 470 each (including 80 each for FMS), Output Part Numbers: 406-375-231-107 and 100-601636-000/ 406-375-232-103 and 100-601637-000/ 406-375-230-105 and 100-601638-001 in support of the OH-58D aircraft. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. These items are restricted to CMC Electronics Inc., Cage Code 90073 because technical data is not currently availabl e to support a competitive solicitation. The applicable drawings and technical data are not available due to proprietary data. The only known source(s) of overhaul data for the data receptacle is the manufacturers blueprint(s)/production drawing(s) pres ently controlled by Bell Helicopter. CMC Electronics Inc. has been the only previous overhaul support for these items. In accordance with DFARS 225.870-1, for Cage Code 90073, award will be made to Canadian Commercial Corporation Cage Code 98247. This requirement is currently unfunded. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All approved sources may subm it an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award will not be delayed to allow Source Approval Request (SAR) processing time for unapproved sources. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an e stimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
