- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Vehicle Rental, prepared in accordance with the format FAR subpart 12.6 as suplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), bidders must bid on an all or none basis. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accpeted), on RFQ: 7TC066.
