- DESC plans on converting the current AAFES fuel coupons in exchange for delivery/use of fuel by authorized U.S. Government owned vehicles or authorized privately owned vehicles in Turkey to an automated (electronically tracked) fueling system to be used for the same purpose of supporting usage for U.S. Government owned and authorized privately owned vehicles in Turkey.
