- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-06-Q-A065 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334220. Small business size standard is 750. This is a small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide (Brand Name or equal) Morning Pride Fire-Warrior Helmet Mounted Micro Thermal Imaging Camera with attachments and (Brand Name or equal) K1000 Elite thermal imaging camera in accordance with the attached Pricing Schedule. The following attachments are incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: http://www.fbo.gov. 1) Pricing Schedule, 2) Wide Area Workflow Instructions. A contractor proposing products other than the brand name must submit descriptive literature that demonstrates equivalence to the product requested. Delivery date to be within 45 days of award.
