Description

Rental of Space Description: LEASED SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Philadelphia, PA. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease between 3,500 and 8,000 ANSI/BOMA warehouse area square feet for use by Tenant for storage. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by 8th Street, Washington Avenue, Front Street, and Lehigh Avenue: LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by October 13, 2006 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
