- USS SAIPAN (LHA-2) Decommissioning CMAV; 001-07. The work is a decommissioning CMAV containing miscellaneous work, tank pumping and cleaning, piping systems flushing, including hydraulic oil, AFFF, CHT, fuel oil. Work will be performed at a government facility. Dates and places of performance will be provided in the solicitation. ABR. This is a Best Value solicitation. Contractors are encouraged to submit past performance data with their proposals.
