- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract for Tug Services at Nanoose Range, Nanoose Harbour, BC, Canada. The IDIQ contract will include a base and four (4) option years. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 15. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued by 16 October 2006. When issued, the RFP will be posted electronically via the NECO website to FedBusOps and on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and to frequently monitor the above sites for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to evonickcj@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO, FedBusOps or NUWC Division Keyport website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes shall: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications both found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov).
