Description

The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for: BRIDLE, PARACHUTE.NSN: 1670-01-461-0071, PART# 11-1-4018-1, for a quantity of 576 each, with two (2) options of 288 eac h. The North American Industry Classification System, NACIS is: 332999. This is a firm-fixed price request for quotation and is Qualified Parts List, (QPL). The Request for Quote and other attachments, drawings technical data packages will be posted on the Natick Contracting Division web site at: https://www3.natick.army.mil ON OR ABOUT: October 17, 2006. The closing time and date for this Request for Quote is expected to be 15-30 days after release of the RFQ. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with quotation preparation. No surplus units will be considered. QPL-6645 provides multiple pre-qualified sources for a competitive buy. Companies de siring to bid on contracts for this item can contact the Natick Soldier Center to submit a prototype parachute for qualification testing for the QPL-6645 listing. Unit price is defined as the contract price per unit or item purchased. We consider any objection to be waived unless the contracting officer is notified of your objection to such release prior to submission of initial proposals.
