- This Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for a non-competitive acquisition to be awarded by McGuire AFB NJ to DRS Keco Industries, 7375 Industrial Road, Florence KY 41042 for diagnostic and repair services of 9 ea Field Deployable 5-ton Environmental Control Units (FDECU-3), NSN 4120-01-449-0459.
