- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 12:00 PM, cst on Wednesday, 4 October 2006. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: jeffrey.wyant@offutt.af.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 443120 and $6.5 Million. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. Item 0001: Subscription renewal for: Anti-Spam Cloudmark, Number of users: 1000, Machine/Platform: Linux, License Type: Production, License Access: Subscription, Period: 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007. Item 0002: Subscription renewal for: Mailstream Anti-Virus Shield, Number of users: 1000, Machine/Platform: Linux, License Type: Production, License Access: Subscription, Period: 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007.
