- Amendment 01: REVISE CONTRACT TERM Revise the second paragraph of the synopsis as follows: Delete: Contract term is for a one-year base period plus a one-year option period. Each performance period will run 365 calendar days, or until the maximum dollar limit is reached, whichever occurs first. The government may exercise the option period unilaterally. Replace with: Contract term is for a one-year base period plus two one-year option periods. Each performance period will run 365 calendar days, or until the maximum dollar limit is reached, whichever occurs first. The government may exercise the option periods unilaterally. The due date/time is not revised as a result of this amendment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAR-2006).
