- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility anticipates procurement of two each spectrometers. The solicitation shall be negotiated on a sole source basis with Perkinelmer Life and Analytical Sciences, Shelton, CT per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUL-2006).
