- U.S. Government SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE West Palm Beach, Florida REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately1,964 usable square feet of office space available for use by the United States Social Security Administration-Office of Hearing Appeals personnel, furnishings, and equipment. LOCATION: Space must be located within the City Limits of West Palm Beach. Priority will be given to the Central Business District of West Palm Beach. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years with five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by October 20, 2006. Owners and exclusive agents only.
