Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space El Paso, Texas The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,645 rentable square feet in El Paso, Texas within the following designated area: The boundaries are as follows: North: El Paso International Airport (Montana Avenue to Timberwolf Drive to Hastings Drive to Altura Avenue) East: George Dieter Street South: Interstate Highway 10 West: Alabama Street to Arizona Avenue to N Cotton Street The space should yield approximately 2,300 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of general office space. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and must yield sufficient parking for employees and visitors. In addition, GSA requires 20 surface parking spaces secured by fencing. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 14, 2007. Space must contiguous and located on the ground floor. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. Government moving expenses will be heavily considered in Offerors' proposals. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than October 11, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
