Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS INTEREST IN PROVIDING LEASED SPACE FOR OCCUPANCY BY NATIONAL PARK SERVICE SAN ANTONIO, TX REQUIREMENT: The National Park Service (NPS) is interested in leasing approximately 12,590 usable square feet which yields 14,478 rentable square feet of office space. The Government is currently occupying space under a lease, which expires October 31, 2006, is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The cost of moving, alterations, telecommunications relocation, etc., will be taken into consideration when deciding whether to relocate. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 40, on-site, non-secure personal and visitor parking spaces. A total of 12,590 NUSF of office space must be located in one contiguous block of space. The remainder of the space must be located on one contiguous floor. DELINEATED AREA: North ? I-10 South ? SE Loop 410 East ? S Presa West ? I-35 & W Buchanan Blvd LEASE TERM: 1 year firm OCCUPANCY: Newly acquired space should be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2006. A total of 14,478, rentable square feet must be available for immediate occupancy, November 1, 2006.
