- The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate a cost plus incentive fee modification with Bell-Boeing under contract N00019-03-C-0067 Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for a Level of Effort increase in support of CV-22 Aircraft at Hurlburt Field, AFB.
