Description

The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 13,600 rentable square feet of office, 4,000 rentable sf of warehouse space, 42,000 sf of secured wareyard along with 58 employee parking spaces and 14 visitor parking spaces (which includes 2 RV spaces) in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The space/site must be located within the following boundaries of Glenwood Springs: North- Donegan Road; South- 27th Street; East- Grand Avenue; West- the town of Newcastle, CO. In the event offers are received for locations outside the delineated area, the Government, in its award determination, will consider this as an award factor. The lease term will be 20 years, 15 years firm term. The space offered must meet ABAAS guidelines and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100-year flood zone.
