PRON: AX699876AX, NSN: 3120-01-116-4460, PN: 145D01121-3, Quantity: 1,120 each minimum/3,360 each base year plus two option years requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to Corpus Christi, TX . Required delivery is 1,120 each, at the rate of 30 per month 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 1,120 each, of a rate of 30 per month, 180 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. This a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offer s are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may s ubmit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.
