- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with MaK Technologies Inc., 68 Moulton Street, Cambridge, MA 02138-1100. The contractor shall provi de software maintenance. This software is a proprietary item and MaK Technologies is the only source that can provide the maintenance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $23 mil lion. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 3:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, September 28, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for com petitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
