- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA2517-06-T-6157, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 million dollars. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation Line Item 0001: Manufacturor: General Dynamics, Model Number: SCR1000CD-17F, Description: L-Band, 950-1950 MHz, Down Converter 1KHz step size 70 MHz IF 75 Ohm IF Impedance, Quantity: 1, Delivery 50 days after date of contract. Line item 0002: Manufacturor: General Dynamics, Model Number: SCR1000CU-17F, Description: L-Band, 950-1950 MHz, Up Converter 1KHz step size 70 MHz IF 75 Ohm IF Impedance, Quantity: 1, Delivery 80 days after date of contract. Destination for Delivery: - 76 SPCS 575 KINCHELOE LOOP BLDG 104 PETERSON AFB CO 80914. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 (a)(i)(ii)Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
