- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written proposal WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation FA4608-06-Q-9083 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation as well as all provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. This procurement is a 100% HUBZone set-aside under NAICS Code 611430/SIC Code 8299 with a business size of $6.5 Million Dollars. If the small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, this solicitation WILL NOT be resynopsized. Proposals from all business sizes are encouraged. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to bid on this solicitation. DESCRIPTION: Pricing to be provided in 4 line items for: 8AF Sharepoint Portal Upgrade 1. SAN Storage issue / Business Analyst (16 hours) and SharePoint Engineer (16 hours) 2. OPR/EPR tracker / Business Analyst (24 hours) and SharePoint Engineer (150 hours) 3. Trainin 16 hours per class (3 classes) 4.
