- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) anticipates awarding a sole source contract modification to contract number DTFH61-02-C-00025 with Soil and Land Use Technology Inc., Beltsville Maryland. A proper Justification and Approval has been prepared and approved. The modification is being issued to increase the ceiling amount of the contract and the ceiling amount of three Task Orders an extend the period of performance of the Task Orders.
