- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a purchase order for the purchase and installation of two 12 ton, water cooled, 480V, FM series computer grade air conditioning systems. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is 06-SA-0201. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423720. CLIN 0001: APC Computer Room AC Unit, Model FM40M-WKA-ESD; Quantity: 2: Unit of Measure: EA. CLIN 0002: Installation Charges; Quantity: 1; Unit of Measure: JOB. Due date for installation of equipment is 45 days after receipt of order; acceptance and FOB point is Arlington, VA. FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items is applicable and the evaluation criteria are technical capability and price.
