Description

Notice of intent to award as a sole source requirement to Brammer Standard Company, INC. for the following standards: 3 Sets each CMSI 2157 through CMSI 2163 : 3 sets each CMSI 5044 through CMSI 5049 : 3 sets each CMSI 5063 through CMSI 5068 : 3 sets each of JSS 650-13 through JSS 655-13 : 3 sets each CMSI 4430-1 through CMSI 4430-5 : 3 Sets each JSS 620-1 through 625-1 : JSS 606-8 through JSS 611-8 : 2 sets each IMN CT1 through IMN CT5 : 1 each BS 464 : 1 each BS 510A : 1 each BS 922B-3 : BS 937B-1 : 1 each CTIF UZS 60. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and documented for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal to be considered for future requirements should email their company?s capabilities information to the attention of Brent M. Weiand no later than 3:00 PM EDST, 28 September 2006 at Brent.Weiand@dhs.gov. Only Email responses will be accepted.
