Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures for parts and labor to provide upgrades to fuel management systems at twelve separate Border Patrol locations in the New Mexico and Eastern Texas area to Syntec Systems Inc. Upgrade eight existing Fuelmaster units from the FMU 2550 Classic configuration to Fuelmaster Plus including software upgrade to version 3.25.7.and providing network interface access allowing operation behind the CBP Network. Replacement of four existing Gasboy units with new Fuelmaster units preconfigured with the Network Interface Fuelmaster Plus including software upgrade to version 3.25.7.and providing network interface access allowing the units to be operated behind the CBP Network. The upgrade and replacement will include training on the procedures to be used with the upgraded software, equipment and training on procedures to download Fuelmaster units with the new network access.
