The property and service needed by the NAL is available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or service will satisfy the needs of the National Agricultural Library. The NAICS Code/Size is 51120/500. SPRINGER SCIENCE & BUSINESS MEDIA IS THE ONLY VENDER WITH PERPETUAL DATA RIGHTS TO THE DATABASE CONTENT WHICH IS REQUIRED BY THE LIBRARY.
