- Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-06-Q-6700, 0013014149, NSN: 9150-00-223-4134 Hydraulic Fluid, Petroleum Base. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5. The purchase request quantity is 21,360 gallons. There will be no option for additional quantities. QPL applies. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation 14 September 2006. See PID Data for tech data package (TDP) availability information. If table A0648 is cited, the offeror is required to provide complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The material is in accordance with Spec Number MIL-PRF-5606H dated 07 June 02. . MSDS AND OSHA hazardous Warning Label are required. QAP 142 applies. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. The required delivery is 115 days including Production Lot Testing ARO or BEST POSSIBLE.
