- The TSA is seeking small businesses who can supply a Liquid Chromatograph/Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer and ancillary items either manufactured by JEOL USA, Inc. under the trademarked name AccuTOF DART, or meeting the exact specifications thereof. Product specifications can be read on the manufacturer's website www.jeolusa.com. Documentation substantiating positive responses must be e-mailed to Sandra.McLaughlin@dhs.gov by 2:00 pm (Eastern) Tuesday, September 5, 2006. Questions will not be entertained. It is soley within the Government's discretion to determine whether responses meet the required specifications.
