Description

This acquisition includes the purchase of part numbered items where Engineered Air Systems is the approved source, and/or have supplied the items in the past. Offerors should be aware that there is a potential for split awards. The intent is to award an indefinite delivery type contract for a one year base and four option years. Solicitation and NSNs will be available for download on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. For questions on the content of the solicitation contact the primary point of contact. See Note 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of June 17, 2005. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extent the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. The proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2910, 2990, 3010, 4720, 4730, 4820. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
