- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, tools, supplies and equipment required to operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Operations and maintenance shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, standards, and commercial practices as described in the statement of work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 221320 and the small business size standard is $6,500,000 (SIC code 4952). The acquisition will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses. This will be a firm-fixed priced contract with a performance period of one (1) year and four (4) possible option years. The successful offeror will be selected using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov. Offerors not already registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) database are highly encouraged to do so by visiting the site, http://ccr.gov, or by calling 1-888-227-2423; an offeror must meet this requirement to be eligible for contract award. To be considered, responsive offerors must be registered in Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA) at www.bpn.gov before submitting an offer. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 25 July 06. No response to this pre-solicitation notice is necessary.
