Description

Janitorial and Related services at the Ambassador Bridge Facility, 3033 Porter Street, Detroit, Michigan 48226. Performance period is for one base year with four (4) one-year option periods. Estimated start date is February 1, 2007. This procurement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $15 million. This is a negotiated, best-value procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on past performance and price. The solicitation will be available on or about October 11, 2006; the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download through the Federal Technical Data Solicitation (FedTeDS) website (fedteds.gov). All interested vendors must register with FedTeDS and registration requires the following information be provided: (1) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), (2) DUNS Number or CAGE Code, (3) Telephone Number, and (4) E-Mail Address. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps and FedTeDS for amendments and/or additional information. Proposals will be submitted to Chicago, IL (specific submission instructions will be stated in the solicitation). All responsible HUBZone sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
