Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Space in St. Augustine, Florida REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease 7,306 rentable square feet yielding 6,353 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of office and related use space. Space must be located in a prime commercial district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located in the City of St. Augustine, Florida within the following boundaries: NORTH: Castillo Drive SOUTH: Lewis Point Road from Old Moultrie Road to Highway 1 to St. Augustine Street to South Dixie to Intracoastal Waterway EAST: Intracoastal Waterway WEST: Old Moultrie Road (5A) from Lewis Point Road to Highway 312 to Highway 207 to Dixie Highway (Highway 1) to Castillo Drive. REQUIRED: Twenty-Seven (27) parking spaces are required. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for ten (10) years, with five (5) year firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the 5th year on sixty (60) days notice. Proposed occupancy date is May 1, 2008.
