- This Solicitation is to establish a Standing Quote Agreement (SQ) to begin on date of award for a period of five years, not to exceed $100,000.00. Review to be performed each year. See attached Solicitation for more information. The destinations and quantities will be determined by on demand requisitions from various agencies. The quantities listed are not correct, as we have no way of knowing the quantities that will be requested for a SQ period. Please read RFQ carefully and conform to all aspects of the requirements. The RFQ and Commitment letter may be faxed to 817-978-0002, but the original total package must be to the following: GSA, Fire and Industrial Acquisition Branch 7FLA1 (A6), 819 Taylor Street (6A00), Ft. Worth, TX 76102, Attn: Barbara Goolsby. Please ensure that all required documents have been received before closing date of RFQ.
