- The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 40,000 rentable square feet of office space, 4,200 rentable square feet of warehouse space and 20,000 square feet of secured wareyard space for 50 secured government vehicle parking spaces, together with an additional 200 parking spaces, in Santa Fe, New Mexico Specifically, acceptable sites will be located in the following delineated area: The site must have immediate and easy access to principal and minor arterial roads due to the use of large vehicles and heavy equipment. City utilities must be available to the site including gas, electricity, water, and sewer services. Areas which are not acceptable as sites for this facility are areas with known past or present contamination by hazardous waste materials and any site which is located in a predominately industrial, residential or school area. The space must be located along Interstate Highway 25 (I25) corridor between Highway 599 and Old Pecos Trail. Site must be located within 2 mile radius of I25. The lease term will be solicited for a 20 year lease 10 years firm; 20 year lease 15 years firm; and 20 years firm term lease. The space offered must meet Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard.
