Description

This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17th Street, Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a purchase order for non-personal services for the U.S. Army Medical Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas , 78234-5068, to award a purchase order for non-personal services for the U.S. Army Medical Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, to OVID Technologies, Inc., 100 River Ridge Drive, Norwood, MA, 02062-5036, to provide Web-based Internet access by selected users to OVID Technologies' medical online database retrieval services with fulltext journal content, and information service. This is a sole source procurement, W81K04-06-T-0019, the CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with OVID Technologies, INC., unde r the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used. Award will be made on or about 29 September 2006. The performance period will be 30 September 2006 through 29 September 2007.
