- Description
- It is the Government's intent to award on a sole-source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129 the following assets in support of the COLOMBIAN BLACKHAWK Aircraft: Actuators, NSN: 1680-01-137-3533, P/N: 704 10-02760-047, qty two each, Baffle Air Flow, NSN: 2840-01-233-8463, P/N: 7030803801125, Qty two each, as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled - only one responsbile source or only a limited number of source s and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agencies requirements. This repair requirement is sole source and is accomplished in two phases, first the teardown, test and evaluation, if at the completion of the test, the asset is deemed repairable , a formal repair quote will be submitted to the commnd's point of contact. If the asset is beyond economical repair, it will be scrapped at the contractor's facility or shipped back to country of origin at no additional cost to the government. All respo nsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. When submitting an inquiry, be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number.
