ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Floyd Carlton, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-842-6108, AMSAM-AC-AL-A, NSN: 2915-01-504-5280; P/N: 23056451; PRON: AX6Q0156AX; NOUN: Filter Element, Flui; Quantity : 150 Each Minimum/450 Each Maximum Three Year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to OH-58D Turbine Engine with delivery to Dallas, TX 75261-9048. Required delivery without First Article is 150 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to the approved businesses Rolls-Royce Corporation, CAGE Code: 63005, Aviall Services, Inc., CAGE Code: 22819 and PTI Technologies, Inc., CAGE Code: 05228 because this part is a commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA Qualified sources are listed. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encourag ed to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
