- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the US Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) intends to award a Sole Source contract (IAW 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source) to Computer Associates Inc., 2291 Wood Oak Drive, Herdon, VA 20 171-2823. The objective of this contract is to provide renewal to the annual License and Support contract with Computer Associates Inc. This contract provides ITA with the necessary support to ensure all users within ITA and the Pentagon services and agenc ies have full use of the eTrust CA-Examine software and license. The Period of Performance will be one (1) year. This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The Government will not issue a solicitation. A determination not to compete this procurement bas ed on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award is anticipated no later than 28 September 20 06.
